We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Christoph Niemann Shop; if your artwork or home goods arrive damaged or aren't quite right, you may return them within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure that prints and fragile home goods are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package through your preferred carrier to our studio address, ensuring the parcel is tracked and insured.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
